Made by us aims to reduce unnecessary waste and be conscious of the environment, but we would also like your purchase to reach you in perfect condition. We will try and use environmentally friendly or recycled packaging material as much as possible but, unfortunately, other times we will need to use bubble wrap to protect your order. Kindly consider recycling all packaging material including the courier satchel.
Courier Delivery
Delivery by courier may take 2 - 7 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) depending on where you are located. A tracking number and estimated day of delivery will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched. If your order hasn’t arrived in the specified time frame, please get in touch and we will take it up with the couriers. Please note: If your order is placed after 12 pm on a Friday it will only leave our warehouse on the following Monday.
As much as we’d love to, we are not yet at the stage where we can implement integrated automatic tracking updates. If you have any concerns at all just email us for tracking details and updates and we’ll let you know where your parcel is on its journey. Simply reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Delivering your parcel & Outlying areas
Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address during the day to sign for and accept delivery. It is imperative that you provide a street address for deliveries as we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you live remotely or are not accessible by courier (we do not deliver to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves and lodges, airports, or harbours), kindly contact us before placing the order and we can arrange delivery to the closest town. Should your delivery address fall into one of these categories you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.
Product stock
Made by Us currently holds limited stock on site. If it indicates “in stock” it means the product is in our shop and we will ship it as soon as possible. The delivery times listed above apply once we dispatch the item to you.
Delivery Addresses
Made by Us assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.
